Striving as we may to hide our inner geek, we still get pretty excited over things like natural history museums, aquariums, and the magazine that introduced us to countless mysteries of our home planet, National Geographic. We can’t wait to see the National Geographic Documentary on Spore: How To Build A Better Being. Will Wright and a marine biologist discuss how the Creature Creator relates to the real world!

It is being broadcast on the National Geographic Channel on September 9th, at 10pm EST. We may be tempted to watch the official DVD movie that comes in the Galactic Edition before then…though we may be too busy with the game before the 9th.
