We recently threw a little party to celebrate our first decade. It was great to see so many old and new friends come out of the woodwork to help raise a toast. From the sushi to the beats the party was fresh. The evening started off with samplings of the night’s signature coctail “The Brand Refresh” while DJ Simon filled the space with eclectic wax grooves.

Photographer Matt Wong, with the help of a back room photo booth, captured the mix of shifting personalities throughout the night, while “Project Xerox” was our old school way of letting everyone show their “other-side” from a slightly different perspective. The results showing their raw and unique creativity - among other things. Drop into our studio and you’ll catch some of the best of those Xerox moments in our gallery of fame and shame.

As the evening rolled on DJ Ohmega Watts bridged the party into the early morning hours by means of funky, solid beats. Tons of folks were out on the floor shaking their respective booties. Thanks to VJs Andy Brown and Jason Frank for activating the space with wild, visual projections. Special thanks to Elise Bartow and her crew for helping to keep it all on track and for keeping the people smiling.

It was great seeing the likes of Andy Laats, Mike Nelson, Anna Cohen, James Molyneux, Matt Capozzi, Draplin, Nakamoto and so many other folks who’ve been a big part of Cinco Design in one form or another. To everyone, new and old, who have made the last ten years so incredible — Thanks.
