Our existence as we know it will become auxiliary as we unite towards a new status of prestige that has yet to be realized by any man living or deceased. The date will soon be in the history books alongside the Renaissance and the Age of Enlightenment as a movement that shifted human consciousness into a higher intelligence, allowing us to achieve what was once only a glimmer of a hope of an idea of a dream. This glorious day will bestow upon the human race what we have all intrinsically longed for since our thumbs became opposable, the proving grounds that is Halo 3. While a stubborn few may reject this pivotal event, the rest of us will embrace it as the catalyst that will propel us into the next dimension of reality. We will witness men manifest a sublime cerebral function only made accessible through the firing of weapons at each other on a simulated alien landscape under the cloak of a pseudonym. When this power is released all vice will be extinguished as a long dreamt of utopia becomes a reality for all those who own an Xbox. As our current sensibilities recede and we usher in this new era, we will appreciate our modest beginnings as that which opened the door to a bliss that only existed in the most resplendent of dreams.
